1. Recurring subscriptions
FlightSim Control subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until cancelled. The checkout page states the price, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes before payment is authorised.
2. How to cancel
You may cancel from the customer billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not normally end access immediately. You may continue using the service until the end of the paid period unless the account is terminated for breach, fraud, security risk, or a legal requirement.
Deleting the application, ceasing to use it, removing a device, or sending a general support request does not by itself cancel billing. If the portal is unavailable, contact us before the renewal date and include the account email. We will use the time your complete cancellation request was received.
3. Refund eligibility
Subscription fees are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, device changes, unsupported third-party add-ons, or a decision to stop using the service, except where applicable law requires a refund or we expressly agree otherwise.
We will investigate reasonable requests involving a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, a payment taken after a timely cancellation, unauthorised account use reported promptly, or a service that is materially defective or materially different from its description and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.
Submit the request within 14 days of the charge where possible. Include the account email, invoice or payment reference, date, amount, and reason. Do not send complete card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider and bank.
4. Technical problems
Contact support first if installation, activation, simulator connection, or a documented capability does not work. Provide the application version, Windows version, simulator version, loaded aircraft, provider, error text, and steps to reproduce. A third-party compatibility change does not automatically create refund eligibility, but we will assess whether the subscribed service remains materially usable as described.
5. Plan and price changes
Plan downgrades and cancellations take effect as shown in the billing portal. We do not issue cash refunds for unused time after a voluntary change unless required by law. Price changes apply to a future renewal after notice; you may cancel before that renewal.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate. A chargeback may suspend the related subscription while the payment provider reviews it. This does not prevent you from using any dispute or consumer-rights process available by law.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning defective, unsafe, or misdescribed digital services. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule applies.
8. Request help
Use the billing contact form. We aim to acknowledge complete billing requests within two business days.
