1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and short-lived request tokens. They can maintain a secure session, remember a choice, and protect a request from misuse.
2. What we use
| Category | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication | Maintain a secure signed-in session and complete passwordless authentication | Session or configured sign-in period |
| Security | Protect forms, detect abuse, route requests, and maintain service integrity | Session or short operational period |
| Preferences | Remember choices that you ask the site or account portal to retain | Until removed or no longer needed |
3. Third-party services
Supabase may use cookies for authentication. Vercel processes request and security data while hosting the site. Stripe may set cookies when you deliberately open checkout or the billing portal. Those services describe their own cookies and processing in their notices.
4. What we do not use
We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural tracking, or third-party marketing pixels on flightsimcontrol.com. If that changes, we will update this notice and provide any consent controls required by law before non-essential technologies are used.
5. Your controls
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, activation approval, or account functions from working. Browser privacy signals do not change essential processing required to deliver a service you request.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this notice when our use of browser storage changes. Questions may be submitted through the privacy contact form.
