Questions about this document?Contact Evolve Orbit

1. Purpose

You may use FlightSim Control only for lawful desktop simulation, instruction, evaluation, practice, demonstration, and related support. This policy supplements the Terms of Service.

2. Accounts and licences

Do not share, sell, publish, or transfer accounts, sign-in links, activation codes, protected downloads, or licence tokens. Do not exceed device allowances, create false identities, automate fraudulent sign-ups, or use another person's payment method or account without authority.

3. Systems and security

Do not bypass licensing or access controls; tamper with signatures or integrity checks; introduce malware; scrape protected areas; probe or scan without written permission; overload endpoints; interfere with another user; or attempt to obtain source code, secrets, personal data, or administrative access. Coordinated security research must follow the Security Policy.

4. Simulator use

Never connect FlightSim Control to a real aircraft or safety-critical operational system. Do not present it as certified training equipment, an authority-approved instructor station, or evidence of training credit without a separate valid approval. You must supervise failure exercises appropriately and maintain a safe way to pause, reset, or stop the simulation.

5. Content and communications

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or malicious content. Do not include secrets, payment-card data, export-controlled data, or another person's sensitive information in support requests unless authorised and strictly necessary. Do not impersonate Evolve Orbit or a third-party provider.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and proportionately restrict downloads, revoke a device, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or terminate service. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or repeat violations may result in immediate action and referral to providers or authorities.

7. Report misuse

Use the security contact form to report abuse or a compromised account. Do not include exploit details in public channels.
